What goes into each member record
Each member record holds everything from basic contact info to their faith journey on a single screen. Your church creates its own membership types and roles and puts them in whatever order you like.
- Name (display, first, last, and name in another script), gender, and birthday (lunar dates supported)
- Phone, email, address, and marital status
- Join date, member ID, membership type, and roles grouped by category
- Baptism date, type, and church, plus ordination date, title, and church
- Vehicle info and one photo
- Private notes on each member
02
Group members into households
Grouping members into households lets you see a whole family at a glance. Each household has one head, and everyone else is linked by relationship.
- Relationships: spouse, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, or other
- One head of household
- Send update links to the whole family at once
- Filter the directory by household role
03
Find anyone with search and filters
One search box looks across names, emails, phone numbers, member IDs, and license plates. For Korean-speaking congregations, typing just the initial consonants of a Korean name works too.
- Status: active or archived
- Membership type, role, and gender
- Age range and join date range
- Household role
- Missing info, such as members with no phone or address
04
Archive, delete, and change history
When someone moves, transfers, stops attending, or passes away, you can archive them with a reason and restore them anytime. Only church admins can delete a member, and deletion can't be undone.
- Archive with a reason, and restore later
- Status change history
- Field-by-field change history (church admins only)

Frequently asked questions
Is the church membership software free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you add up to 100 members, and you don't need a credit card.
Can members update their own information?
Yes. Send them an update link and they can edit their details and photo without signing in. Links are valid for 14 days by default.
Do archived members count toward the 100-member limit?
Yes. Archiving can be undone, so archived members keep their spot. Only deleting a member frees it up.
Can I import my member list from Excel?
Excel import and export are still in the works. For now you can add members on screen or send update links so members fill in their own details.
Does search work with Korean names?
Yes. You can type just the initial consonants of a Korean name, and matching members show up right away.
