Church admin vs. staff: what each role can do
Staff can handle everyday work, like adding and editing members, writing and publishing bulletins, and uploading files. Only church admins can do things that can't be undone or that affect the whole church.

Church profile and service times
Your church profile holds the basics, like your description, contact info, and service times, so you only enter them once. Your church name, logo, and public address also appear on your public bulletin page.

How sign-in works
There's no separate sign-up form. Your first sign-in creates your account, and then you set up your church yourself, with no approval to wait for.

How we protect your church data
Each church's data is kept separate, so users from other churches can't see yours. Every connection is encrypted with HTTPS.

How many users can I invite?
The Free plan includes up to 5 users per church.
Can staff publish bulletins?
Yes. Staff can write and publish bulletins, add and edit members, and upload files.
What if someone missed their invite?
Invites are valid for 7 days. If it has expired, send a new invite to the same email address.
Can I use ChurchOn in English or Chinese?
Yes. You can switch between English, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. It's a nice fit when your English-speaking ministry and Korean-speaking staff share one account.
