What our church management software does today
Today ChurchOn covers four areas: member records, mobile bulletins, a church file library, and users and roles. They all live in the same church account, so you don't have to juggle separate tools.
| Feature | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Member records | Contact details, households, roles, and baptism history, plus fast search, filters, update links, and newcomer sign-up links |
| Mobile bulletins | Build bulletins from 22 block types, copy last week's issue, share with a public link and QR code, and insert Bible verses automatically |
| File library | Upload files up to 2 GB each, organize with folders, categories, and version history, set three access levels, and share links with expiry and passwords |
| Team and church profile | Invite pastors and staff by email, choose between two roles, and keep your church info and service times up to date |
You can use ChurchOn in English, Korean, or Simplified Chinese, so bilingual and multicultural ministries can work in the same account. There's no native app yet; you simply sign in from your browser.
