What is a digital church bulletin?
A digital church bulletin is a bulletin designed for phone screens instead of paper. In ChurchOn, a published bulletin opens from a single link, with no app to install.
You create one issue per date, so you can publish a Sunday bulletin and a midweek service bulletin in the same week. The Free plan includes up to 20 issues.
02
Build with 22 block types
You build a bulletin by picking blocks and stacking them top to bottom. Load a block preset to fill in a common layout quickly.
- Order of worship, sermon, and service times
- Announcements, timeline, and schedule
- Volunteers on duty, people spotlights, and people by group
- Column and Q&A
- Verse card, featured verse, and Scripture passage
- Cover image and banner
- Numbered list and table
- Offering, plus tabs and page links
03
Your weekly bulletin workflow
Set up your layout once, and from then on you copy last week's bulletin and change only what's new. No more starting from scratch every week.
- 1Save a templateSave the block layout that fits your church as a bulletin template.
- 2Copy last weekCopy a past issue to create a bulletin for a new date.
- 3Edit what changedUpdate the sermon title, volunteers, announcements, and anything else that's new.
- 4PublishPublishing puts it on your public link right away. You can also unpublish, archive, and restore.
04
Public link and bulletin archive
Every church gets its own public link, and it always shows your most recently published bulletin. It looks like www.churchon.org/b/grace-church.
- Church link: your latest bulletin
- Dated link: the bulletin for a specific date
- Archive: a list of every published bulletin
06
Insert Bible verses automatically
Type a reference and the full Bible passage drops into your bulletin. No more flipping pages or copying and pasting from another site.
- Examples: John 3:16-18, or several at once like Gen 1:1; John 3:16
- Translations: NIV, Korean Revised Version (개역개정), and Chinese Union Version (简体)
- Works the same for churches that worship in English, Korean, and Chinese

Frequently asked questions
Do members need an app to see the bulletin?
No. They open it in their phone's browser from your public link or QR code.
Can I export a PDF or print the bulletin?
PDF bulletins are still in the works. Today you get a mobile bulletin plus a QR code you can add to anything you print.
Can I make a bulletin for a midweek service, too?
Yes. You get one issue per date, so a Sunday bulletin and a Wednesday bulletin can sit in the same week.
Can ChurchOn send the bulletin automatically by text?
Automatic sending is still in the works. For now, copy the link or share card image and post it in your group chat.
What happens to old QR codes if I change our church address?
They keep working. The old link redirects to the new one, so QR codes you've already printed stay valid.
